In accordance with the AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA THROUGH ITS MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA THROUGH ITS MINISTRY OF EDUCATION ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION, the Chinese Government will continue to provide to South Africa with five (5) fully funded government scholarship students to study in China in the academic year 2007/2008. The categories of applicants include undergraduates,master degree, doctor degree students and students for advanced studies.

Attached Application Procedures for Chinese Government Scholarship. The applicants can submit application materials to Center for Chinese Studies, University of Stellenbosch or contact with Higher Education Policy & Development Support, Department of Education of South Africa before April 10, 2007.
