BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Wen Jiabao was approved to be premier of China's State Council here Sunday morning, according to the result of a secret ballot by legislators at the ongoing session of the 11th National People's Congress.
Wen, born in 1942, has been Chinese premier since March 2003. Full Story

BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Wen Jiabao was approved Sunday morning by legislators to start another five-year term as Chinese premier, and Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou were approved to be vice-chairmen of the Central Military Commission (CMC) of the People's Republic of China.
Liang Guanglie, Chen Bingde, Li Jinai, Liao Xilong, Chang Wanquan, Jing Zhiyuan, Wu Shengli and Xu Qiliang were approved to be CMC members. Full Story
BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou were approved to be vice-chairmen of the Central Military Commission (CMC) of the People's Republic of China on Sunday morning at the top legislature.
Both Guo, born in 1942, and Xu, born in 1943, are members of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Full Story
